Can I customize my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Processing times vary by product, but most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Every shipped order includes tracking information sent to your email.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on select items. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout.
3D Printed Products
What are your products made from?
Our 3D printed items are made using high-quality PLA filament designed for decorative and everyday use.
Will the colors match exactly?
Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and filament batches.
Why are there small lines on my item?
Layer lines are a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Handmade Items
Are your handmade products exactly the same?
No. Since each item is handcrafted, slight variations make every piece one of a kind.
Do you make items to order?
Many of our products are made after your order is placed to ensure quality and customization.
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital files?
Digital products are available for download immediately after your payment has been processed.
Can I return digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.
Can I sell or share the files?
No. Digital files are for personal use only unless the listing specifically includes commercial use rights.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Product Care
How should I clean my item?
Most 3D printed products can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive heat.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Unless specifically stated in the listing, our products are not dishwasher safe.
Can I leave 3D printed items in a hot car?
We do not recommend it. High temperatures can cause some materials to soften or warp.
Gift Orders
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! We can ship directly to the recipient. Simply enter their shipping address during checkout.
Do you include pricing in the package?
No. We do not include pricing information in gift shipments.
